This is the PERFECT Opportunity to get in on RESORT DEVELOPMENT TRend that is hitting LOMBOK, Indonesia. This is an investment into a Singapore based company that has ownership of land and permits in Lombok to start a Villa Resort Development. The land inventory is as follows:

1) 7.0 Ha Private Island (Gili Sunut)

2) 110 Ha on the Northern Part of the Main Lombok Island

3) 50 Ha on the Southern of the Main Lombok Island

** Both the land parcels have beach fronts with beautiful sea view and private beaches

*** Please look at the Lombok Price Comparable document to get a feel of the land value at Lombok, the Private Island itself was valued at over US$3M in 2011.

The term of this deal is simple:

  1. US$1,800,000 for 35% of the Company or

  2. US$5M for 95% of the Company

  3. There is currently S$1.2M loan which will be paid back with the new money that comes in. after which the company will be clean. 

  4. Development / Future Plan: There is an entire master plan done for the 7Ha private island, which involves building 44 (2 bed room) villas. Total estimated development cost for that is $24M. Horwath HTL has done the report with future estimate projections as well, see below link under Supporting Documents.

  5. If we can get a hotel brand to take this on will be awesome!

All the permits and land titles are ready for us to start development right away. Kishore, to be transparent, I will be taking 10% cash from any money raised  and 10% Equity should the investor decide to take the 35% ownership option. Although, I'm sure you don't need it, but a matter of principle I'm willing to share 50% of my take, should you be able to find someone in your network that is willing to invest.
