3) The Company has accumulated an internal candidate database of more than 28,000 candidates (as of 1 Apr 2014). This means orders can be filled quickly and efficiently.

4) The Company has built a strong internal IT system that consists of an intranet and CRM systems for both Customers and Candidates. This is a proprietary system which greatly increases the competitiveness of the Company.
