F&B HDB Shop Space for takeover.
Our shop is located at Tampines and is surrounded by many schools. We sell mainly shave ice with ice cream, drinks and light snacks.
Located near schools, we have students to come by after schools. During late evening to night, we have regular customers coming for dessert after dinner. The rent is low given the good location with schools and market nearby. Good shop frontage with no obstruction. The shop is nicely decorated by a interior designer and is well maintained.
Reason for selling is mainly due to family commitment.
