this business only, we were able to open one more 6 story backpacker in Thailand
in 2011 which is still running in excellent condition.

Information About Backpackers:
1. We are having 7 floors in total, having female dorms and mixed dorms, Roof top also.
2. Every floor we have three bathrooms and toilets. There is no waiting at all for the same.
3. One Reception and big common room having LCD and music system.
4. Computers, CCTV Camera. Fully Licensed Premises.
5. Location is 3 minutes walk from the very famous KHAO SAN Road. Walking distance to Grand Palace and Wat Pro temple.
6. Two Bus stops are just next to us only.
7. Clubs, restaurants, beer bars etc., are on walking distance from our place.
Lease Period:
Our lease period is of 3 years and in the deal it is clearly mentioned that after 3 years the rental will increased for 20% and it will be automatically renewed for another 3 years.
You can run a small take-away

You can organize a small take-away restaurant/cafe also. This is
really required here too because of surrounded by hotel and boutique hostels.

Our beds are very strong and comfortable you are welcome
to give a look. Mattresses are very comfortable. Each room is having
air-con and have the fans also. Lockers are also there.
