Hello! Greetings from Feel At Home Backpackers.
We are going to settle abroad and that is the only reason of selling this business. Else this business is really profitable.
This is a backpackers business, very friendly and enjoyable and on top PROFITABLE. It's a fun to run this business. It needs patience and friendly nature. Profit is then; will be in your hands. Because of this business only, we were able to open one more 6 story backpacker in Thailand in 2011 which is still running in excellent condition.
Information About Backpackers:
1. We are having 7 private rooms, (6 normal double rooms and 1 family room); have an opportunity to make one more family room in the premises.
2. There are two bathrooms which is more then enough. One store room too is there.
3. One small Reception.
4. Computers, CCTV Camera, Smoke Detectors, URA Certified and SCFD Certified premises.
5. Location is Near Bugis MRT, excellent location and surrounded with many restaurants, Sultan Mosque.
6. Walking distance to Little India, Clark Quay etc.
7. Two Bus stops are just next to us, Bugis MRT is 4 minutes walk only.
Lease Period:
We sign second time agreement with the owner in September 2013. The lease is for 3+3 years. We have given 2 months rental deposit there already. The Agreement copy we can show you once you are interested to make the deal.
You can run a small take-away cafe:
You can organize a small take-away cafe also. This is really required here too because of surrounded by hotel and boutique hostels. You can surely make 3000-4000 additional per month because of this. In addition in the kitchen area, we have the GREESE HOLE also (as two years ago we decided to run the restaurant too). Just in case in future this can also helps you.
Maintenance Free Rooms:
Our beds are totally maintenance free, you are welcome to give a look, WHY? Mattresses are very comfortable. Each room is having air-con and maximum have the fans also. Safe is also there (which is usually you can see in hotels only). Other then that we have lockers also.
CCTV Secured and Smoke/Heat detectors:
The premises is secured with CCTV recordings and smoke/heat detectors. On the top of all we have the URA certificate and SCDF (Fire Safety Department Certificate) to run the business is also there. So legally you have no issues at all.
If you are not professional in this field, we assure you that we will give you full training for the same. I am sure it will not take longer to understand you the whole stuff.
