Selling the business off because of heavy commitments for other 2 businesses I am running concurrently.
I am selling my online store for one of the most popular Taiwan street brand ladies waterproof bags which I have been doing as a leisure side business. Authorised reseller and basically the only active online seller in Singapore for this brand. High profitability of average 50% from Qoo10 sale, 70%~200% from Ecommerce & direct sale. The only Qoo10 seller for this brand and over 100+ positive comments.
Ecommerce website (worth $8,750), Android Apps ( worth $2,750), Facebook account, Qoo10 account (most sale generating), Gumtree account, Carousell account. I spent 1year as a part-time seller to build and establish brand name especially in Qoo10 with over 100 positive reviews. I am the only Qoo10 seller for this brand. You can brings in other brands and types of bags to increase varieties. Like any businesses, online store is competitive that need you to puts in time and efforts especially in the beginning. I have already established the beginning part and have everything in place which you can takes over and start running it immediately. Just need to do more marketing online to increase exposure, you will see your returns in no time.
Currently I have $2,000+ value of stock left which worth $1,000~1,200 profit value itself. The volume of this stock only takes up about 3~4’ft table space. The market for this brand of bag is very big. If willing to invest more to bring in more design, you will see good ROI in no time just need to put in time and effort on online marketing. Can do wholesale as well and brings in other brands.
The take-over fee amount I am asking for is not because I am making huge profit currently. I am asking for this price because of the high potential of the business. And development of Ecommerce website and mobile Apps are very time consuming. The website took months of testing to be fully functional. The App can only start development after the website is ready and it took longer to test the App. Stock value of $2,000+ with $1,000~1,200 profit value. This already worth around $14,500. Having spending one year period to establish a Qoo10 account as leisure seller with over 100 positive reviews is not an easy achievement when there are over 7,000 women bags selling in Qoo10. Valid Facebook, Gumtree and Carousell account (can link to Twitter) means you can anytime upload new products through this forums. In terms of high potential of this online business and you do not need to start everything from scratched but just need to learn how to use it and manage it positively. The fee amount is justifying, but still negotiable to a certain level.
Do note, I am selling this business due to I have no time at all to take care of it because I am concurrently running 2 other business which one of it is also an online business that I am focusing on. Arisu Fascion is just a pure leisure business that I do not focus and never intend to invest more. So do not ask me for things such as month sales revenue...etc... I honestly upfront informed I do not monitor at all, and barely do marketing for this business. But you can see my Qoo10 shop reviews and you will know everything is real about the this business.
Please do not contact me if you are looking to buy over business that is already making huge profit, so that you don't need to do much and can enjoy making profit once bought over then this business is not for you. Even the most profitable business can becomes disaster when it is not manage properly.
I will consider to sell my Qoo10 account or Ecommerce site seperately if there is any reasonable offers. Currently consideration is $5,000 each. My Qoo10 reviews will be a readily advantage for anyone who wish to sell ladies bags and apparels products. You dont need to start from scratch with zero reviews, which I can tell you it is very difficult to get online shoppers to even starts buying from you if you have zero positive reviews.
