Description
We are selling a drinks store in the Bedok Reservoir Condo-dense area. The place is fully renovated and has the equipment installed for a small takeaway cafe/food business. The best-suited business would be like a Juice Bar or Single Dish Meals that do not need heavy preparation. We have Food Panda and Grab Food subscription as well, which can be transferred to the new owner. There are about 5 Condos in the vicinity, which produce a high demand for healthy family-friendly takeaway/delivery food choices.
