For youth in Singapore, what do you think nightlife is like to them? Drinks? Play?
We would like to start a board game cafe in Singapore at one of a very prime locations that we have scouted. It is in the Dhoby Ghaut area and we are seeking a capital investment of SGD50,000 in exchange for 40% equity. We will be running the business and you will be a sleeping partner where you will 40% of the profits. We are projecting that you will
ROI in 12 months’ time. You’ll also be given some shares in which you can get an annual dividend.
Board games are communal activities that youth can play while they munch on snacks. Pre-packed snacks and drinks will be sold on site too.
We have immediate access to the space and board games as well, which becomes a one-time investment.
Tapping onto my partner’s and my strengths we hope to start with a shop, establish a brand in gaming, and eventually grow. We are starting with a smaller space to offset heavy rental costs, but are still confident as the space is very good. Please not that we do not reveal the space until further expressed interest.
