Albert has performed business valuation for SMEs, MNCs, government agencies, public listed companies across diverse industries both locally in Singapore and overseas for purposes of capital fund-raising, fair value measurements for financial reporting, purchase price allocation, conducted impairment analyses, valuation of employee stock options plan or scheme (ESOPs or ESOSs). He also provided valuation advisory services in connection with management buy-outs, shareholders’ disputes, assets under matrimonial proceedings, mergers and acquisitions, and valuation of intellectual property rights under Section 19B of the Singapore Income Tax Act. He specializes in valuation of a broad range of asset classes, including all types of complex financial instruments, derivatives, structured products and fixed income securities. Currently, he is a Director, ASA International Virtual Chapter Board (July 2021-2022) and is a member of the Asia Transfer Pricing subcommittee, Singapore Chapter of the TEI USA. He obtained his Diploma in Transfer Pricing from the Association of Taxation Technicians (UK).
