Due to his excellent academic results, he was accepted by Singapore Management University for PHD program, but Mr P C Ang later decided that the business world is more challenging and fruitful in the long-term. Mr P C Ang started his own business in the year 2005 and successfully sold his profitable company in the year 2012 and gained plenty of experience over the years by helping others in selling their companies. He also won several other local competitions.

Having graduated with an engineering degree and an accountancy masters, Lincoln brings an in depth knowledge in different engineering fields and its relevant and practical financial management. Prior to setting up Bizval, Lincoln has amass both financial commercial experience and auditing experience. His current expertise includes advising clients on corporate strategy with respect to Pre-IPO advisory for companies seeking a listing in the Hong Kong Stock Exchange ("HKEx") as well as corporate restructuring and M&A for SGX listed companies. He is also well verse in both SGX and HKEX continuing listing rules as well as HKEX listing requirements. Having both exposure with both SGX and HKEX listed companies, Lincoln is able to advise effectively various corporate structures that conform to within the listing rules. His other expertise also includes formulation of valuation reports that complied with International Valuation Standards (IVS). For every major corporate action a public listed company undertakes, it always involved legal, regulatory, tax, strategy and accounting issues that are intertwined and Lincoln's professional ethos is always to cover them using his knowledge and experience.
