Private Capital Partner Opportunity

For this phase of the Singapore shophouse project, I am looking to raise a total of S$850,000 from a limited group of private capital partners.

Participation starts from S$25,000.

Indicative Annual Return Structure

• S$25,000 – Up to 6% p.a.
• S$50,000 – Up to 10% p.a.
• S$100,000 – Up to 15% p.a.
• S$200,000 and above – Up to 20% p.a.

Total Capital Required: S$850,000

The intention is for the applicable return to accrue in accordance with the agreed terms, with capital and the applicable return settled upon completion of the eventual property sale, subject to the definitive legal agreement and project outcome.

I am not looking for hundreds of investors.

I am looking for a small group of serious capital partners who understand the potential of commercial property and are comfortable conducting their own due diligence before participating.

Once the S$850,000 allocation is fully taken up, this round will close.
