Need a Local partner in Singapore to work part time who is willing to invest and grow together

We are currently finishing the deployment of our new application product to our pilot customer (well known name in construction  industry). Product is a business application for managing large scale constructions of any sort, be it a highway construction or a condominium or a palnt erection. Our product helps in increasing profits of such projects, manage almost everything including budgets, costs, vendors, activities, progress details, management reports , gantt charts, automation of lots of processes etc.

Our product has a mobile app too as a bundle within. Later, we have plans to bring in more version to cover other industry too in our solution portfolio.

We are starting the process of filing 8 patents. We have presence in Singapore, Malaysia & India. This opportunity will be a new company set up separating out product business product to APAC region from the base Headquarter office in Singapore.

Currently we have a team of 12 with 5 additional members as long term contractors.

Investments are required to hire another 4 headcount in the development center and develop sales in Singapore and APAC.

Our ask is 110K SGD for 5% (negotiable). You can take max of 20% stake in the company as of now. We expect company to reach to a valuation of 10 Million SGD value in 2.5-3 years time.

As per our plan, your investment should be doubled in a years time when we invite professional investors for our first round.
