In 2015 Mid-July, i rented 4 residential apartments from the landlord and did full brand new renovation to make 8 rooms per apartment, thus 32 private rooms in the apartments within one single building for the purpose of residential rooms renting/subletting to expats working and living in singapore. This is a 3+3 lease guaranteed and u have more than 5 years to operate from takeover.

If keen, u can takeover with SGD$200K takeover fees which gives u 32 aircon rooms fully furnished + kitchens + bathrooms operationally ready with tenants. This fee will includes the security deposit also.

Gross rent per month: $26000

- Rent to us: $13000

- Utilities/Repairs: $2000

= $11000 your monthly profits

This 'takeover' will be structured in the form of a 'master tenancy' from us to you with 'back to back' terms and conditions stated in the master agreement. As a master tenant, u will be free to sublet the rooms accordingly to the rules and regulations or URA, BCA, SCDF, etc. 

You should have relevant experience in this residential subletting operation with at least 3 years handson experience and undersanding of the URA, BCA, SCDF guidelines so that you don't waste my time explaining the whole business know-how.

The takeover will be easy if you have the relevant experience without asking me too many newbie questions.
