our firm provide accounting/tax/company secretary/registered address/nominee resident director sevices. our firm is falling in the 1st class in past compliance reviews being conducted by ACRA.
there are totally 83 clients:
- 41 clients are Singaporean incorporated companies;
- 42 clients are foreigner incorporated companies; most foreign clients are from Australia, Europe, Taiwan;
- 90%+ clients were incorporated before 2018 and have stayed with us for years;
so you can see the quality of clients are high. monthly revenue is about 20k. current office is located at CBD, and the rental is quite reasonalble.
