This opportunity may suit very experienced architects, wishing to commence practice at a large scale. It could also suit an existing Perth based or regional architectural practice wishing to grow via acquisition by focusing on this regional area within Western Australia. It is important to note that the Vendors advise the practice could not be relocated to Perth as it would need to have an active presence/office in the town, however aspects of the work could be undertaken by a Perth office (sales have been limited by availability of staff, so this could be a good option).
