Founded in 2006. Has offices in Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Cambodia, Vietnam, Korea and Hong Kong.
Annual Revenue - S$50m (2022)
Has 4 Singaporean shareholders. I am looking to sell 5% to 10% of my shares to fund my children's university education. Retaining the rest for possible stock market listing in the near future.
Estimated valuation is between S$20m to S$30m.

Appointment of lawyer for the share sale
