Sea Villa Resort: 9m x 25m unit built-up consisting of 4 rooms with attached bathroom and 1 worker cum storeroom.
1. The investment is for the full period of the company licence to operate till 2050.
2. The investment will include all maintenance and repairs for 10 years.
3. At the end of every 5 years there will be a charge of $10,000/- for major repairs and maintenance to warranty for next 5 years.
