We are looking for someone who wants to setup an F&B outlet. 

For $20k (negotiable), you will have the rented shop (with 7 months lease remaining) and you can negotiate with the landlord for a longer term lease.

You need not also spend a single cent as the shop is renovated ($40k Spent) with equipments already there. Equipments such as; 

2x Skipio Heavy Duty Blenders ($5k), 

1x300Kg Skipio Ice-Maker ($6.5k), 

1xSkipio 1.8m Counter Top Chiller (can be converted to Freezer) ($3k) ;

1xSuperior Freezer ($1.5K) and 

1xPOS ($1.5k).

Do consider taking over this outlet. Unlike setting up a new shop where you would probably have to spend about $50k-$120k, your cash outlet would be low taking over our outlet.
