Description
Relisting on August 2022 after a previous buyer backed out.
We have a coconut based beverage shop in Poiz Centre (Potong Pasir).
Its such a great location that mr.coconut approached us to buy over our shop.
But they are only wanting to buy in 2023 so we are looking for anyone interested to buy earlier.
We are looking to sell as the shareholders have different work and family priorities now.
That being said, if we do not get a decent offer we also do not mind not selling really:)
