Description
We are a very recognizable Thai brand in Singapore and have recently acquired the Master Franchise rights for a collection of very popular thai street food concepts.
These concepts are very authentically thai and have actual sales performance of over $100,000 a month.
We have received an invitation from a leading mall in Singapore to take up a high traffic unit located in prime city center locations. Hence, we are looking for a passive investor or active partner to co-invest in our first outlet.
Projections
An outlet's profit can potentially range between $13,000 - $30,000 a month and will require roughly $75,000 for rental deposit and fitting out cost.
We will be investing up to $100,000 in franchise fees, marketing and equipment with the right partner. We will also provide management of day to day operations, manpower recruitment and training at a nominal fee.
Please note that all business investments carries risks and prospective investors will be presented with upsides and downsides of the business. The suitable investor(s) should have sufficient liquidity of at least $200,000.
