I’m looking for an active Commercial Co-Founder to build a new Singapore-based B2B managed services business together.

The business is designed around solving real operational problems for companies using technology, AI, automation and efficient regional delivery.

The aim is to build a recurring-revenue business that is commercially grounded, scalable and capable of growing beyond Singapore.

I will lead the operating side — systems, workflows, automation, service delivery and operational infrastructure.

I’m looking for a co-founder who wants to own the commercial side — customer acquisition, partnerships, positioning, pricing, key accounts and eventually building the commercial organisation.

This opportunity would suit someone who:

• Enjoys building from an early stage
• Has strong B2B sales, business development or partnership experience
• Is comfortable speaking directly with customers and uncovering their needs
• Wants meaningful founder ownership rather than just a salary or commission role
• Is willing to win the first customers, help shape the commercial model and build the playbook before scaling it
• Wants to build a substantial long-term business

This is not a passive investment opportunity. Both founders are expected to contribute capital, time and execution.

The venture is currently at the pre-launch / validation stage, with the core business thesis, initial operating model and go-to-market direction already developed.

For the right person, there will be meaningful founder equity and the opportunity to build the business together from an early stage.
