Takeover fee is $32k including all equipment - lighting fixtures, freezer, dishwasher, furniture, cash register, bar counter, kitchen wares, fridges, food & liquor licences (if keep UEN no.), bank terminals etc. Air-con and pest control contracts will also be handed over at no extra cost (expiring Dec21/Jan22).
