She Creates Stories is a beautifully curated, fashion-led e-commerce brand specializing in premium, feminine, and Australian sourced labels. Founded with a strong emphasis on style, climate appropriateness, and customer experience, the brand has established itself as a trusted destination for modern, style-conscious women seeking unique and elevated pieces not widely available in Asia.
Since launching in 2022, the business has built a loyal and engaged customer base, supported by a strong brand identity and consistent visual direction across its website, social media, and customer touchpoints. The brand operates on a hybrid model of owned inventory and strategic drop-shipping partnerships, allowing for both strong margins and flexible, low-risk stock management.
She Creates Stories is fully set up with:
- A professionally designed and optimized e-commerce website - Established supplier relationships with sought-after international brands, some exclusive to SCS - Integrated logistics and fulfilment processes - Active social media presence and email marketing database - A recognizable brand with premium positioning in the online boutique space
This is a turnkey opportunity ideally suited to a buyer looking to step into a stylish, ready-to-run online business with strong foundations and clear growth potential. There is significant opportunity to scale through stores, expanded marketing, UK/US market entry, influencer collaborations, and further brand development.
The sale is due to the founder’s relocation to the UK, presenting a genuine opportunity for a new owner to take the brand into its next phase of growth.
Business Operation
Stock in stored in a room in my home. The sale includes all rails, racks, mannequin, hangers, branded packaging.
Facilities
She Creates Stories operates in a highly curated, lifestyle-led retail niche alongside direct competitors such as Badger & Fox and Cobalt Room, both of which target the same affluent, style-conscious expat customer through premium resortwear and strong in-store retail experiences. While these competitors benefit from established physical presence (something which is an option for a new owner of SCS), high footfall, and polished merchandising, She Creates Stories differentiates itself through its clearly defined brand identity, curated multi-category offering, and established community engagement platform. Importantly, the business has also developed its own in-house brand, ESTL, providing greater control over product, margins, and exclusivity. Together, these strengths position She Creates Stories as a scalable lifestyle concept with strong foundations for growth under new ownership, without reliance on the founder.
Competition
There is huge potential to expand SCS in different ways. 1. Focus on the SCS own label, ESTL. I have only had the chance to do one drop of my own brand before finding out we would be leaving Singapore. The first drop was a huge success and I see this as a huge growth area (it is currently less than 10% of revenue). Margins are obviously better with my own brand and could be improved even more with a manufacturer in China or Bali. I have connections for both and these details will be handed over at sale. 2. Store presence - I have been offered pop up stores in Tanglin Mall and many other top retail spaces. If I were staying in Singapore, I would consider this as a good option to try. 3. Work with more influencers - the opportunity here is huge and only hasn't been explored because I am leaving. 4. There are numerous new brands in Australia who are keen to work with SCS presenting great opportunity as our buyers love new brands and looks.
Expansion Potential
The inventory is not included in the selling price and must be purchased separately, at the same time as the business sale. It is not included in the selling price as it is changing daily, particularly with a lot of pop up events coming up. The inventory value at cost is around $140,000 today which is a potential retail value of just over $300,000. This figure is likely to reduce over the next few weeks. The business is being sold debt-free.

Property Information
It is "relocatable"in the sense that it could be opened in other tropical climates in Asia (it started life in HK and was hugely successful there) as well as the Middle East. One interested buyer is considering opening in Dubai and Abu Dhabi as well.
