Competition
We are the B2B suppliers to several large main contractors and stone and tile retailers as our skilled craftsmen and machines are some of the few that can process large format stone and tile slabs in Singapore. While there could be direct orders to China and India for lower processing fees, the ease of having materials processed within Singapore have kept the demand constant or rising over the years.
Expansion Potential
With an in-house design and marketing team, the potential of B2B and B2C sales will be very high. Indicatively, ROI for digital marketing (when we run it) have been around 30x. We have scaled back on B2C sales as we wanted to focus on B2B orders which come in on daily basis from our partners.
