In so doing, their quality of lives is enhanced, enabling them to realise their potential with resilience and maximised abilities.

Why BRAINY MOVES?

Brainy Moves® is an Exercise Therapy programme that is proven to improve the lives of children and families. Since 2013, we were given recognition by the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) and the Early Childhood Development Authority (ECDA) as an Enhanced Pilot for Private Intervention Providers (Enhanced PPIP). 

Over the 8 years of helping children, we have helped over 600 children (at Brainy Moves Centre) and over 1000 children (various preschools and MOE schools) to improve and to narrow the gap between themselves and their peers. 

Brainy Moves programme includes Exercise Therapy, Sports Skills Enrichment, Outdoor Adventure Inclusive Camp, Parents Workshop, Educator Workshop, MOE School-Based Intervention Programme, Preschool-Based Exercise Programme, Train-the-Trainer  Programme and On-line Zoom Lesson programme. 

The Brainy Moves programme is designed based on researched science coupled with sound educational psychology. The facilitation training programme (aka Train the Trainer programme) is able to build a sports science trained person, with the right attitude and aptitude, to the level of an exercise therapist and to effectively engaged children of all types within 3-6 months.
