Floating Restaurant Cum Fish Farm (One And Only In Singapore) Looking For New Owner

Floating Chinese style Halal restaurant come with fish farm for take over and has been operating for more than 16 years. Revenue of about S$1M annually and profitable. You can only find this one and only in Singapore.

The restaurant sits on a barge which can accommodate at least 60 pax, a fully equip kitchen, all serving utensils are in place.

The centre has a battery room and a prayer room and at the rear you can find our rest and relax coffee area overlooking the Pasir Ris shoreline. You can also catch the beautiful sunset from the restaurant area at the same time looking over Pulau Ubin.

Top of the restaurant are our solar panels charging the batteries and also 2 sets of generators providing power for the whole set-up.

Our barge also stores natural fresh water for non portable use.

We have cages big and small of over 20 sets for fish farming and currently rears around 30 tons of fishes. Our production annually is between 20 to 40 tons mainly sea bass, mangrove jack, snappers and etc..

We have 6 workers to look after this operation including the chef and second cook and will be transferred to the new owner. They stay in the farm which have ready accommodation for them. We can provide training / consultation for the new owner but basically the supervisor which is 1 of the workers will go to the the new owner with all the contacts needed.

This sale will also come with a 40 footer event boat with 2 x 150HP petrol outboard and toilet where the new owner can do chartering services around pulau ubin including BBQ on board.
