Fully setup and in operation since 2021, our Awning and Metal Works Business is supported by 1 Key Overall Business Manager, 1 Business Development & On-site Safety Manager + 5 to 7 installers. The Team 7-10 employees comprises of only Singaporeans and experienced Malaysians Work Permit Holder. Low levy for Construction Business and plenty of work permit quota.
All team members passed courses with safety certification, welding course, metal work course, metal work supervisor course. The company has also obtained BizSafe3.
The company breakeven in 1st full year of operation and has no existing loan except the 2 lorries on installment. Takeover fee includes the new 2 year lease at below $4000 per month rental on the factory space, existing staff, existing equipment, existing clientele base and supplier information but does not include our Company Group's name, the 2 existing lorries and their bidded vehicle plates. Initial setup cost is more than S$200,000. Salary, rental, levy etc monthly expenses around $28,000 before material expenses.
Construction work permit quota is 1 Singaporean: 5 WP. BizSafe3 certification obtained.
Our current business model includes servicing direct Landed, Shophouses & Condo owners and a handful of reputable Interior Designers.
We specilised in building polycabornate shelter, aluminium composite shelter, awning, loft and all other customised metal works. Commonly used materials are galvanised steel and for the cost budget projects, mild steel may be an optional choice. Monthly operation cost in 2022 averaging $35k all in.
