The owner currently manages other businesses and investments. For the F&B business, she has decided to fully transfer the entire profitable business model, operational know-how, and complete menu. 七里香 signature beverage is Ipoh White Coffee, directly imported from Ipoh, Malaysia. In addition, the founder’s proprietary recipes include our top-selling Herbal Chicken, Sesame Oil Chicken, and other specialty dishes.
The Marine Parade SMRT outlet is currently undergoing renovation, and this will be 七里香’s final directly operated store. Moving forward, the owner will not expand the brand further and will only operating her current three outlets.
As the renovation has just begun, this presents a valuable opportunity for your team to participate in the entire setup process alongside the founder — including store design and setup, staff training, management systems, and daily operations. This ensures a complete and practical knowledge transfer from the ground up.
For all subsequent outlets that you open, they will be 100% owned by you. The founder will not retain any shares, involvement, or participation in those outlets.
However, for your first 1–2 new outlets, the founder will provide hands-on assistance in the full setup process and train your team on the complete operational and management systems until everything is fully established and running smoothly.
After this initial phase, you will be fully equipped to expand and develop the market independently.
