What we need:
Total amount 20-25K SGD for phase-1. We need passive investors , {One time Investment only}, as our cafe is in running state with regular customer base.
Operation and Business will be run by current team only. No active participation needed at this , but if partner want, can be discussed .
What you will get : You will be get return based on your investment, no work required from your side.
Return to investor for example : Investor gave 25K , he will get back his 25k with 25% of annual profit and 10% equity share as security { Orginal investment will be retuned in 24 month with profit as exit equity will be returned ( After Lock-in period, End of contract }: Return can be in range of More than Fixed deposits and Safer than Stock investment.
Lock-in period : 24 months , Monthly payment to investor option also can be discussed
What we do: We currently sell healthy food and drinks including Coffee as livng botanica cafe at premium location in Mall situated in central location. Also selling via Grab/foodpanda .
