Growth Plan
We are raising SGD 250,000 to accelerate the programme’s expansion in Singapore, with plans to:
* Establish 6–8 partner centres
* Enrol approximately 300 paying students
* Open our first self-operated centre

Limited Investment Allocation
This fundraising round is limited to a maximum of five investors, with investment allocations starting from SGD 50,000.

Investors may choose between two investment options:

Option A — 4% p.a. + Equity Conversion Option
* Investment: SGD 50,000
* Term: 3 years
* Return: 4% simple interest per annum
* At the end of Year 3, investors may choose to convert their principal and accrued interest into shares at a 30% discount to the applicable valuation.

Option B — 6% p.a. Fixed Return
* Investment: SGD 50,000
* Term: 3 years
* Return: 6% simple interest per annum
* No equity conversion option
* At the end of Year 3, investors may choose to extend the investment for an additional year at 6% p.a.

This structure allows investors to choose between potential equity participation in the company’s future growth or a higher fixed return with the option to extend for an additional year.

Private Experiential Session
Selected potential investors will be invited to an exclusive two-hour private sharing and hands-on experiential session at our centre.

During the session, investors will have the opportunity to:
* Understand the science and technology behind the programme
* Experience the brain training programme first-hand
* Learn about the business model and expansion strategy
* Explore the programme’s growth potential and investment opportunity
* Meet the founding team and discuss the investment structure

With this round limited to five investor allocations, interested investors are encouraged to register their interest early.
