I am raising S$8 to buyout 80% of my client's company shares with the intention to further scale it to more profitability and achieving a BCA grading from L4 to L5. Company is on a steady growth trajectory since incorporation and is one of the fastest growing company that achieved a BCA grading of L4 within 4 years. Founder is looking to step down and focus on his Food & Beverage business. P&L readily available upon request.
Business Operation
Company has a few chiller units valued at around S$500,000 per unit and owns a commercial unit in Kaki Bukit.
Facilities
Company is in a very niche position as a chiller vendor for MRI. Entry barrier is very high and only ca. 2-3 other known competitors.
Competition
Company has yet to tender for government projects although having achieved L4 BCA grading. The potential growth and scalability are high and funds will be used for expansion plans to achieve growth targets within the next few years and to achieve the BCA grading of L5.
Expansion Potential
I am currently employed with my client to ensure longevity with the business. Investors need not be involved in the daily operations as it will be handled by my operations director and me.
