We are looking for quality and sincere investors who are looking at the pink dollar. We have raised most of the funds necessary to kickstart our concept, and are reaching out to pool the balance funds (S$55,000).

Our Experience
- We already have piloted our concept through self-organised events, hopping spaces to test the crowd, gather feedback and smoothen our operations.
- These events have gained traction under the brand that we created, which we will be using for the bar.
- Our team is made up of several individuals from the LGBT community, F&B owners and like-minded entrepreneurs.

- Unique bar-cum-club experience for all guests, giving an opportunity for the queer community to come together, interact and unwind over drinks
- Lean operation with minimal manpower required
- High profit margin through sale of alcoholic beverages (COGS < 28%)

As a silent investor, you do not have to worry about the day-to-day operations. The current structure is as such:

• 1x Company Director (Me) - holding shares, secured investment sum
• 1x Operations Manager - holding shares, secured investment sum
• 1x Marketing Manager - holding shares, secured investment sum
• 2x Minor Shareholders from LGBT community - holding shares, secured investment sum (Purpose: to leverage on their network and reach the right crowd).
• 1x Silent Shareholder - contributing a larger sum of funds but sleeping partner in the business

*Secured investment sum means that we have committed to contribute a sum of monies for the business

- Deep interest in F&B
- Ideally from the LGBT community but not a must
- Willing to be a silent investor
- Open to ideas yet realistic and grounded

We are looking to raise approximately $55K for 25% of the company's shares. We are also projecting a potential ROI of 12-18% over the course of 24 months.

- Setting up of the space
- Equipment

- Running cost / Bank Balance
