Not a Sale. Looking for Co-Founder

I am looking for a serious, hands-on Commercial Co-Founder to build a new Singapore-based AI-enabled managed services business with long-term regional potential.

The aim is to build a recurring-revenue business-services infrastructure company that can scale through technology, automation and efficient regional delivery.

What this opportunity looks like:
- Genuine two-founder build
- Both founders contribute capital, time and execution
- Meaningful founder equity for the right person
- Pre-launch / validation stage
- Business thesis, operating model and initial go-to-market strategy already developed
- Built for long-term scale, not as a small side business.

My role:
- Contribute founder capital
- Build the operating infrastructure
- Develop workflows and automation
- Build quality controls and service-delivery capability
- Lead the operating side of the company

Commercial Co-Founder role:
- Contribute approximately S$15,000–20,000 in founder capital
- Lead customer acquisition
- Build partnerships
- Shape positioning and pricing
- Develop key accounts
- Eventually build and lead the commercial organisation

Who may be suitable:
- Strong background in B2B sales or business development
- Experience in SaaS, professional services, outsourcing, recruitment, technology or SME services is useful
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers
- Entrepreneurial and commercially minded
- Willing to build from an early stage rather than join only after the model is proven
- Looking to build a company, not simply take a salaried role or make a passive investment

The initial capital requirement is relatively modest compared with the potential scale of the opportunity.

Detailed plans, including the business model, economics, target market and proposed founder structure, will be shared with suitable candidates during a face-to-face discussion.
