Description
Hi! We are a mookata hawker stall that operates mainly at night. We are looking for a joint operator to utilize our space in the morning/afternoon period. It must be something that can fit into our current kitchen settings, rice bowls, bento box, western etc!
You will be parked under our brand for breakfast and lunch and featured on our social media. Prices include rent + cleaning fee conservancy charges.
You occupy 7AM -4PM. We will occupy 4pm-10pm. Space allocation, and equipment will be shared.
Requirements:
Must be something that complements our brand (Western, rice bowls, curry rice or anything that dont involve heavy cooking)
Must pass our food taste test
Committed and clean, preferably with past fnb experience
