Description
I am looking for passive investors who are looking for a fixed dividend return monthly. The company is currently operating coliving & coworking space in Singapore. We are looking to expand our coworking space to be accesible in all parts of Singapore providing a client-centric service to retain loyal members.
There will be a partnership agreement prepared and signed with all the clauses. The Start Date is the same as the Date of Funds Transfer.
This agreement will be for a minimum of 12 months.
Minimum Sum of Capital is SGD 20,000
The Guaranteed Monthly Dividend is 2%
