A well known Thai brand is looking for a Master Franchisee in Singapore. The concept is authentic thai street food with multiple locations in Thailand and have track record of $100,000 revenue a month.
We have invitations from several prime shopping malls in Singapore and are looking for a suitable Master Franchisee Partner/ Investor who has the financial capability and experience to expand into suitable locations.
Concept
The concept is small scale, takeaway kiosk or a small store with some dine in capacity. The setup cost is low compared to a restuarant at around $30k - $50k. This allows franchisees to ROI quicker and help the brand expand faster. The Master Franchisee may directly open outlets and expand through franchising later.
Gross Margin is between 60% - 70% and an outlet should ROI within 7-8 months on average sales performance.
