The company specialises in film, video and social media storytelling. Incorporated in 2020, the company has worked with many small and large companies, private and government boards too. Annual revenue of the company is approximately $220K with a gross profit margin of approximately 22%.
We are looking for investors to come in to help scale up the business so as to increase the topline by taking on more video projects.
You could be a corporate entity looking to expand your investment portfolio; or an individual investor on the lookout for potential business opportunities. You may even be a well-established professional who wants a share in a video production studio so as to make use of their services for your own company.
Investment Amount: SGD 120,000 (1% = SGD 3,000)
Usage: Capital expenditure to scale up the business with more staff
You as an investor will be given 40% equity in the company as a shareholder as well as a seat on the board. You do not have to be involved in the day-to-day operations. You will have to take up the full 40%.
Expected ROI: 2.5 - 3 years based on current figures
