The application works in the multi-vendor environment. Vendors, Services Providers and Drivers can join the platform by signing up and uploading their document. Geo fencing system ensures that when a customer/user searches for a service, or looks for a shopping/restaurant, the nearby vendors and shops are shown on top of the list. Orders once made and get ready for delivery, get auto assigned to nearby drivers/delivery partners. Drivers can be tracked over the Admin monitoring dashboard. The app has a host of Payment Gateway integrated for making E-payment and has an in-built native wallet system that users can use to pay for services and do in-app shopping. Wallet money can also be used to send, receive money from one user to another. Cash on delivery (COD) and Cash Payment on pickup/delivery is also available as a payment option in the app. The application has an integrated referral system that enables users to refer the app to others and earn rewards.

The application has both Android and iOS mobile apps for users, drivers and vendors and has web dashboards for Admin and Manager users to control and monitor every setting and function of the system. The proposed on-demand application system consists of following components-
