The entire biotechnology company took 15 years to come up with the formulas, the Probiotic strains, and research. Millions was spent on this project, only open to serious buyer. No escrow will be done, a straightforward and simple transaction will go through the law firm.
Phase I: Deposit of 70%, Review of Formulas and factory on the same day
Phase II: Remaining 30%, Handover of Formulas and factory
