Description
You can capitalize on:
1. First-mover advantage in North-West Chinese cuisine
2. A scalable and replicable fast-casual model
3. A cost-efficient & technological business model
We are known for our success in the Xinjiang cuisine segment, is now exploring an expansion into North-West Chinese cuisine with a fast-casual noodle bar concept. This new venture aims to cater to the mass market with a more accessible price point & a welcoming dining environment.
We have established ourself as a market leader in authentic, underrepresented Chinese regional cuisines in Singapore and our new concept will offer noodle dishes priced between $8.90 - $12.90, significantly lower than our current restaurant’s range.
We would have No Service Charge & GST which would be more attractive for customers, increasing affordability and competitiveness. Our goal is to create multiple noodle bar setup rather than a full-service restaurant, allowing for faster table turnover and streamlined operations.
We would implement QR Code Ordering System as it reduces manpower costs while encouraging customers to take their time ordering, leading to higher spending per visit.
The focus will be on North-West Chinese noodle dishes, including our specialty:
1. Melt-Off-The-Bone Mutton Noodles黄焖羊面
2. Butterfly Brisket Noodles 崩沙牛腩面
3. Additional Rice Options for variety
We welcome discussions with investors who share our vision for bringing authentic, high-quality North-West Chinese cuisine to the mass market.

Competition
Some specialty noodle shops serve Chinese-style noodles, but they primarily focus on Lanzhou beef noodles or Sichuan spicy noodles, which are different from North-West Chinese cuisine.
With minimal direct competition and a growing consumer interest in regional Chinese cuisines, our North-West Chinese fast-casual noodle bar presents a high-potential market entry with a strong competitive edge. Investors can capitalize on this opportunity to establish a first-mover brand in an underserved segment, setting the stage for rapid growth and expansion.
Expansion Potential
Potential locations include Orchard, Bugis, Chinatown, Paya Lebar, Jurong East, and Tampines, where demand for affordable, authentic Chinese cuisine is strong.
Smaller footprint stores (compared to full-service restaurants) make leasing more cost-effective.
