Freeze-drying is a specialized preservation technique that removes moisture at very low temperatures. Raw ingredients are frozen and then subjected to a strong vacuum, converting water into vapour. Studies have shown that freeze-dried foods often retain over 90% of the original fresh food’s nutrition, much more than other drying techniques (air-drying, dehydrating). Freeze drying is a 100% natural and chemical free process. The resulting freeze-dried foods are lightweight, retain the original colors and tastes, don’t spoil for years, and most importantly, retain the macronutrients, micronutrients (vitamins and minerals), and phytonutrients remarkably well. It is a cool process that keeps the good stuff in, especially when it comes to freeze-dried raw meat. It's like a nutritional magic trick. The inventory is highly curated, consisting of approximately 300 Stock Keeping Units (SKUs), widest range of variety in the world.

Since its founding in 2017, as the pioneer of Artisanal Freeze-Dried Raw in Asia, the brand has demonstrated a notable commitment to reliability, product quality approved by local and overseas influencers, pet owners and celebrities. The company is privately held and operates without a publicly available or structured Profit and Loss Statement (P&L) for external review. Its current phase is post-startup, having proven its concept and built a loyal customer base with subscription, walk-ins, and customers whose pets have sensitive stomach relies on the brand products. It now stands at a critical inflection point requiring strategic leadership to architect its growth.

The organization's immediate and paramount need is for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with a very specific skill set. The mandate for this role is not maintenance but aggressive, sustainable scaling. The ideal candidate must possess demonstrable experience in:

Leadership: Building and mentoring teams, establishing a strong company culture, and making decisive strategic choices.
Scaling Up: Systematically growing a business from a stable foundation. This includes expertise in scaling operations, supply chain, marketing, and technology infrastructure, likely targeting regional (Southeast Asian) expansion.
Financial Acumen: Ability to structure the company's financial narrative, secure investment (likely Series A or growth funding), and implement robust financial systems, given the current lack of formal P&L reporting.
Market Expansion: Developing and executing strategies to penetrate new markets or customer segments while leveraging the existing reputation for quality.
