Due to a change in our business model, we are seeking a new owner to take over one of our Japanese hair salon locations. This salon is such a remarkable establishment that it would be a shame to close it down. We hope it can continue to thrive under the guidance of a new owner.

This hair salon underwent a complete renovation two years ago and remains in excellent condition. The interior is characterized by its sophisticated and calm atmosphere. Many of the equipment and furniture used in the salon are high-quality items sourced directly from Japan. The salon's design and facilities have been meticulously crafted by a Japanese architectural designer, ensuring the highest level of service for our clients.

The salon is located in an exceptionally convenient area, just a 3-minute walk from both MRT Telok Ayer station and Tanjong Pagar station. Terms of Transfer
As part of the transfer, we plan to hand over most of the equipment and furniture currently in the salon. This will allow the new owner to start operating immediately. However, please note that this transaction involves the transfer of the premises as-is, not the sale of the business itself.
Important Information
Staff Transfer: The current staff will not be included in the transfer. The new owner will need to recruit their own team.
