Description

Looking for someone to takeover a Taiwan franchise that has 30+ years history in Taiwan

Brand name is very well known in Taipei, Taiwan and is famous for a popular Taiwan staple dish 卤肉饭 braised pork rice

Looking for a buyer to takeover the master franchise rights to South East Asia. ~7.5 years left till end of franchise rights.

We used to have 3 outlets in Singapore but have closed all of them. Buyer would have to set up a brand new outfit from scratch

Please note there are no existing outlets in Singapore. We are just selling the master franchise rights for Singapore and South East Asia.

A lot of the food preparation were previously outsourced to a local food factory so operations would be much easier.

The ideal buyer should be looking to start a taiwanese seat down cafe with a full menu including braised pork rice, fried chicken and bubble tea.

Serious buyers only.
