Description

Batam Cafe for Sale

It is located in a prime location right at habourfront centre, which is the premium site for tourists going to Batam. It is located right beside Mariott Hotel, near the seafront of the famous row of seafood restaurants including Weywey Seafood. It is a short 45 min ferry ride from SG.

Sells mainly seafood at competitive pricing. We have secured supply of one of the lowest priced crabs in batam (and our competition is not happy about it). We can sell crab at $10 SGD per kg and still turn a profit.

Has a good reputation in Batam with a strong following on instagram. Can check it out @goinncafe 1.2k instagram followers with active management

My role is an investor and there is a reliable manager on the ground who is experienced and sends frequent updates in English&chinese. Accounts all kept in order.

Looking for takeover as I am leaving the business industry and moving to a full time job, unable to manage closely.

Good for first time or experienced business owners, or for investors who frequent batam.
