The company in question is in an extremely niche space headquartered in Singapore with regional offices in Kuala Lumpur and Jakarta. Its a lean and capex low business. The client roster is filled with fortune 500 household names and the business has an extremely viable growth potential.

Gross Revenue - 1.6M SGD
Net Profite - 598,000 SGD
The company is a cash generation machine and the co-founders on average are able to extract every year for the past 4-5 years since its inception about 400K to 500K on average per annum as dividends and directors salary.
Only 50% or my share of the company is up for sale, as I would like to move onto other interests, as such I would be keen to consider an offer over 500K SGD all cash. That would imply based on dividend forecast the buyer would recoup their investment in just 2 years and subsequently its 100% pure profit.
