The company is a cash generation machine and the co-founders on average are able to extract every year for the past 4-5 years since its inception about 400K to 500K on average per annum as dividends and directors salary.

That would imply based on dividend forecast the buyer would recoup their investment in just 2 years and subsequently its 100% pure profit.
