Mall shop is hard to get in because no one want to leave. The reason why we letting go is because the split on shareholders. Inclusive of the rentall deposit (3 months - 40k) so technically you are only paying 60k for the takeover.
Sales are good. we have unique functions of hair therapy, facial and massage. Business is brisk but owner have more than 4 other business to take care thus need someone who is responsible, can manage and help to run the business. Breakeven probably in 6 months or less. Whoever come in will need to assist in the daily running of business. It is inside the mall with super higher crowd number and foot falls. It is not about money but the person will need to help out with monthly salary as well.
