Seeking Partner/s to Expand Malaysia & Singapore

MSP FAR EAST an innovative automotive company that specializes in Continental cars repairs. We are seeking Partner to expand our operations and grow our market share in Singapore & Malaysia.

MSP has a proven track record of success in the Automotive market, and we are poised for explosive growth in the coming years. We have already set up a satellite Automotive Workshop in Johor, Malaysia for our customers traveling to Malaysia. This Malaysia Automotive workshop is already established and reaping Sales.

With the new Partner/s , we plan to:
1. Scale up productivity:
We will invest in new Auto Care equipment and processes to increase Services rendered in Singapore & Malaysia. We are in the midst of negotiations with a few well-known brands eg. Schaeffer, Bilstein , Motul etc (to name a few). We will expand our services line, product line, to cater to Singapore & Malaysia Luxury cars, such as electric vehicles and vintage replicas.

2. We will increase our advertising and promotional activities to reach more customers and grow our brand awareness. And Hire new talent to help us develop new products and improve our existing ones.

The current Singapore economy is pushing many to take advantage of the low exchange rate of the Ringgit to set foot in Malaysia and many foreigners are flocking to Malaysia to buy Commercial properties, Residential properties & even rent Shop-lots. As such, the opportunity for growth is relatively & realistically high. Landed properties, commercial & residential were snapped up very quickly by foreigners. And with the 3rd Causeway & High-Speed Rail project underway, businesses are flocking to Malaysia.

Since we are well versed with Malaysia business practices & policies, Partnering with MSP is the best secure Investment path.

In Singapore workshop, we have full Repair/Overhaul facilities including Hoists, Porsche Diagnostic Computer Piwis III, latest Launch and Timing Tools sets.
In Malaysia workshop, we had set up Hoists & diagnostic tools along with Timing tools. Fully equipped.

The competition we are facing is the prevalent weak Ringgit for our Malaysia workshop. However, we are targeting the niche Luxury car brands, the effect is much cushion. We ran a test and had proven result.

The growth possibilities in Malaysia are relatively obvious. We are targeting Singapore luxury cars and Malaysia mid-range cars. We are already well verse with Continental cars, dealing with Malaysia cars is easily dealt with.
Johor itself has 13 districts and Kuala Lumpur has 11 districts, MSP's growth opportunities are not restricted to Automotive. In the pipe-line, MSP has plans to venture to Agriculture & IT.
Hence, we are seeking Partner/s like-minded to grow with us while the Malaysia "window" is still open before more restrictions are enforced by the Malaysian government towards foreigners.
