Business Snapshot: Current operations: existing customer base, active online + showroom sales, and strong supplier/distributor relationships. Looking to expand with a second store that carry exclusive brands in Singapore.
Positioning: honest pricing, durable materials, and great customer experience.
Growth plan: shopfront location, improve conversion, and support higher-volume fulfilment
Capital Requirement: Seeking S$50k–S$100k (flexible depending on structure and scope)
Use of funds: Shopfront, Renovation/fit-out + signage; initial inventory and working capital buffer; launch marketing and operating runway
