My honest take: Not too early if you position it as an add-on to your current ICE business. The volume isn't there yet for Johor but a day-trip in Johor, you will notice the number of ICE (new) cars & EV cars on the road. So by 2026-2027 when RTS opens and JB-SG integration deepens, these cars will age and will be looking for independent workshops once their Warranty ends.
