A premium student care and tuition concept for Primary school children is seeking investors to fund its Singapore expansion.

Our first outlet, in the East Coast area, is secured and currently being fitted out ahead of opening. The concept combines full after-school student care with a structured academic programme — bilingual instruction, Chinese language enrichment, PSLE-focused Math and Science coaching with Olympiad training, an age-appropriate AI course, and holiday enrichment programmes — delivered in a low student-to-teacher-ratio, home-like setting.

The centre is led by a Principal with 15 years of teaching experience and a track record of guiding 500+ students, supported by a founding team with over a decade of hands-on experience and industry relationships across Singapore's licensed preschool and childcare sector.

With the first outlet secured, we are now planning a second and third centre, each targeted at catchments with a demonstrated shortage of quality after-school care relative to the surrounding primary school population.

We are inviting investors and capital partners to fund this next phase of growth. As an education-sector business, revenue is recurring and subscription-based, with long lease commitments — a more stable profile than typical retail or F&B concepts.
